Linda Dehkes's Testimonials

"Linda Dehkes was instrumental in helping us find the right home with the perfect location and price. In addition, because the home initially needed a few aesthetic updates, Linda recommended fresh ideas and laid the groundwork for us to bring our renovation needs to fruition. She worked closely with our mortgage lender to ensure that we would stay within our set budget and maintain a reasonable mortgage payment. Throughout this process, we relied on her completely and are extremely happy with the home we have for our family. We would highly recommend Linda and plan to continue working with her in the future."

"Linda Dehkes is a wonderful example of a professional real estate agent. She is experienced, she understands immediately what kind of home her client wants and then sets out to find it. She is a strong advocate for her clients, asking questions, resolving issues, and she makes the home buying experience go smoothly. I had to buy a house in a hurry and Linda made me feel like I was her only client. I would highly recommend Linda, she is with you from the beginning to the end, finding the home, helping you be sure it is the right house , assisting with financing, explaining the closing process and even following up later after you are in the house. Working with her helped me make informed choices. Thank you, Linda"

"We really appreciated Linda's help through our buying process. She is extremely attending, accommodating and responsive. She thought about a lot of things for us ahead of time. The buying process became a very effective educational process. I learned a great deal from her. What impressed me most is she is able to think a lot of things from our vantage point and put our interst ahead of hers. Equally impressive is her ability to mobilize people to get things done quickly and balance the interest of all parties to get win-win for all. Our lot situation would be considered unique and challenging as it had easement issues and required soil corrections. It involved getting the city's approaval for rezoning from a duplex lot to a single family lot. She was able to mobilize all parties and get the rezoning done efficiently in a month. She is definitely the type of agent I like to work with. I would highly recommend her to all."

"If you're like me, you don't trust anyone helping you buy something, be it jewelry for hundreds of dollars, or a big screen TV for over a thousand. So, if you're nervous about spending six digits on a house - which you should be - you're going to want Linda. When our financial advisor said she has someone who has her "feet on the street," there are reasons why that someone is Linda. She was reserved and solely professional when my wife and I first started working with her, but as we got to know her, we found that she was actually a lot of fun. And you need that when you visit fifty-some houses over the course of several months, or wait two and a half months to hear back on a short sale like we did. We shared several awkward laughs touring different houses; such as one listed "as is" whose bathroom had neither a toilet nor all four walls; or one in which "cosmetic damage in the kitchen" meant a fallen tree had obliterated the backside of the house. Linda had no ulterior motives; she didn't steer us into a place that didn't fit us. I know that because I now live in a house that I'm happy to be spending the next thirty years in. So, if you want a house, you want Linda."
