When you’re raised in a home where Dad works on the railroad, moving once a year is a way of life. Having moved 12 times in the first 12 years of her life, Linda really appreciates the importance of a place to put down roots and call home. Fresh out of college with a degree in marketing and merchandising, she discovered the world of new home construction and it has been a love affair ever since. Over the past 25 years she’s managed two large construction offices, closing on 575 homes in one record breaking year and over 2000 in her career to date. “My job was to create follow-up systems in a supercharged sales environment to manage every detail of the process from the preliminary planning stages to new home completion.” She brings that same attention to detail and proactive planning skill set to her Team lead position as an agent for Miles.
She loves “laugh out loud” funny stories to take the edge off after a long day of managing the complex details of each client’s unique project. On the weekends, you might just find her biking with her husband of 31 years, along the Cannon Valley Trail. For a couple of weeks each winter, they spend time in their condo on Maui to rest, relax and recharge prior to the spring selling season. Family time with her children and very young grandchildren round out what Linda considers a full and truly enjoyable career and life.
